A division bench, however, refused to admit the West Bengal government's appeal also seeking capital punishment for Roy. The bench, comprising Justices Debangsu Basak and Md. Ludhiana Court Issues Arrest Warrant for Sonu Sood in Fraud Case LUDHIANA, PUNJAB – A court in Ludhiana, Punjab, has issued an arrest warrant against Bollywood actor Sonu Sood in connection with an alleged ₹10 lakh fraud case. Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur issued the warrant after Sood failed to appear in court despite being summoned.
